Remote Canvas Training: Remote technical training conducted via Teams or other meeting software (WebEx, Skype, etc) at enduser location. A field engineer will provide training regarding the capabilities and proper operation of a Canvas system. Training will address Canvas components, Out-of-the-Box (OOB) installation steps (Server and Client), Administration Tasks, Client Tasks, Catalyst Configuration, and a review of typical usage. Assumes remote capabilities to access the Canvas/Jupiter server and clients (Teamviewer, Anydesk, etc.). *RDP is not a valid remote connection* Remote training assumes a field engineer for one day, up to eight hours, per unit.
