Level 1 Technical training

This travel charge includes our Lodging / Airfare / Rental Car / Per Diem / Travel agency. This charge was estimated at the time of the request for quote and may be subject to change if the quote for this service is not accepted before 3 weeks of the requested travel dates.

Certified SpotterRF Engineering service for one hour. Credit Card must be received prior to service being provided. First 15 minutes is free. Billed in 15 minute increments.

Fixed firm bid for commissioning services by Spotter Global employed Field Service Expert. This includes remote programming of zones, radars, and cameras for a single site. Also includes 2 remote Alarms review and tune ups over the course of 1-2 weeks. Estimates do not include travel costs. Travel will be a separate line item. If our field technicians show up on site and the site is not prepared the wait time will be billed at $150/hr.

Remote technical training conducted via Teams or other meeting software (WebEx, Skype, etc.) at end-user locations. A field engineer will provide training regarding the capabilities and proper operation of a Canvas system. Training will address Canvas components, Out-of-the-Box (OOB) installation steps (Server and Client), Administration Tasks, Client Tasks, Catalyst Configuration, and a review of typical usage. Assumes remote capabilities to access the Canvas/Jupiter server and clients (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.). *RDP is not a valid remote connection* Remote training assumes a field engineer up to four hours, per unit. In english.

Remote commissioning based upon a site-specific system configuration, a field engineer will validate the capabilities and proper operation of a Canvas installation. Areas to be covered and limited to are review of Administrative Tasks (including Active Directory), Client Tasks, Catalyst and VirtualScreen configuration, and typical workflows. Assumes system is already installed, configured, and running. This service does not include remote control programming. Curso online de formación para operadores de usuarios finales. Incluye navegación de interfaz de usuario, cómo manejar un evento o alarma, herramientas para ver un evento en vivo, buscar eventos históricos, IA como herramienta y preguntas frecuentes básicas.

Curso de formacion basica online. Se debe tener un kit de entrenamiento accesible. Cubre los conceptos basicos de la configuracion de un sistema SpotterRF con redes, mapas, dispositivos, zonas y seguimiento de camaras.
