Canvas Training (Remote)
Remote technical training conducted via Teams or other meeting software (WebEx, Skype, etc.) at end-user locations. A field engineer will provide training regarding the capabilities and proper operation of a Canvas system. Training will address Canvas components, Out-of-the-Box (OOB) installation steps (Server and Client), Administration Tasks, Client Tasks, Catalyst Configuration, and a review of typical usage. Assumes remote capabilities to access the Canvas/Jupiter server and clients (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.). *RDP is not a valid remote connection* Remote training assumes a field engineer up to four hours, per unit.
